Our Process: Mapping the Magic

Every great spell needs a solid recipe. Working with us is a clear, steady journey toward something truly magical.

We don’t just throw things into the cauldron and hope for the best. There’s nothing strategic about that.

Instead, we follow a proven path to ensure success.

1. Initial Consultation

We’ll provide a free 20-minute consultation via phone or video call. You’ll tell us about what you need and ask any questions you have about our methods. This is our chance to see if our spirits align and make sure we’re a good fit for each other.

2. Onboarding Questionnaire

You’ll complete an onboarding questionnaire to give us a clear vision for what you need. This helps us match your style with what will best represent your brand’s unique aura. This is critical information for our work. While it may take you a bit of time (less than 30 minutes for most), we very rarely skip this step. It’s the foundation for all the magic we’ll create together.

3. Quote

We’ll brew up and send over a quote (good for 30 days) that gives you a fixed cost for your project. The quote will include the scope of your work. If you choose one of our pre-planned packages, we’ll skip this step.

4. Agreement & Deposit

You’ll sign a Statement of Work (SOW) to seal the agreement. It reflects the details of your quote and includes all our terms and conditions. The SOW will also outline a timeline for your project.

This is also when you’ll pay your deposit. Typically, your deposit amount will be half the total cost of your project or $1,000, whichever is less. For larger projects, we reserve the right to require a larger deposit.

5. The Build

We’ll work our magic, weaving your project according to the SOW. There will be some milestones along the way. We’ll sometimes require approval from you to proceed to the next part of your build. If there are delays in getting your approval, the timeline of the SOW will be extended to match the delay.

6. Final Approval & Full Payment

When we’re done with the entire project, you’ll have the chance to approve everything before it goes live. After you’ve approved the final version and made full payment, we’ll cast the spell and push your project live.
